Nonprofit Renovation Bootcamp: Keys to Success

The Nonprofit Renovation Bootcamp is a 16-week intensive for 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations looking to improve infrastructure and operations, increase sustainability, and accelerate fundraising and overall organization growth.

  • Don't rush the process. We are building a nonprofit organization that will be sustainable, not simply starting an organization. Take your time and complete all of the required and recommended education modules.
  • Utilize your resources. You are not in this alone, if you are feeling overwhelmed reach out to your nonprofit strategist. Feel free to delegate tasks and assignments to your board members. You are encouraged to involve your board members in the assignments and education as much as possible.
  • Complete the assignments. Each assignment is critical in the renovation process. Completing the assignments to the best of your ability and turning them in at the appointed time will ensure enough time for the team to provide feedback and make improvements. If you are struggling with completing assignments please notify your nonprofit strategist as soon as possible.
